Web Developer

We're looking for a highly-skilled developer to join our team!

EdCompass is a leader in online continuing education, providing online courses for license renewal for many different professions including nurses, physical therapists, teachers, and more.

Your duties would primarily revolve around maintaining and adding new features to our education platform. However, we're looking for someone who can bring new ideas and suggestions to the team to improve operations.

You'll be working directly with our VP of Operations who will oversee support and help with issues that may need to be escalated.

Here's what we're looking for:

Solid experience with PHP (Laravel) and MySQL
Front-end skills with JavaScript
Being incredibly organized and detail-oriented is a must
Since this is a remote position, excellent communication skills are essential
Even though this is a remote position, you will have set office hours, including a daily kick-off call, where you'll need to be working and available.
Bonus points for any DevOps experience or previous experience with the continuing education industry
